RETURNS:

We accept returns for faulty and damaged goods only. No change of mind returns.

 

FAULTY PRODUCT:

Please contact merch@elevendivebar.com.au regarding faulty items. In order for us to process your warranty claim, you must provide images of the fault and a description identifying the issue along with your order number if possible.

 

Our customer care team process your claim within 3 business days. 

 

 

PRE ORDERS:

Occasionally we will offer items for Pre Orders. All orders must be paid for in full at time of order. Shipping dates are advised as an estimate only. Notification of orders being packaged and shipped will be sent on day of postage. Please allow 14 business days from close of ordering to date of shipping items for this notification and up to 10 business DAYS shipping with Australia Post.

In the case of supplier cancellation of order, all customers will be notified and full refunds will be given within 10 business days with funds returned to original payment method.

 

If you have not received your order within 14 business days from shipping date with Australia Post, please contact our customer service team.

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. We use regular post with a trace number. Should your item not arrive within 14 business days from date of shipping, please contact our customer care team with your order number. 

 

WRONG OR MISSING ITEM:

Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders, but we're human and mistakes do happen. If you receive an item or size that is different to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team at merch@elevendivebar.com.au with your order number and the images of the item you did receive. We can then help get this all sorted for you as quickly as possible.

 

 

EXCHANGES:

You will need to cover the shipping costs to return the item to us, and for the new exchanged item to be sent to you.

 

Please contact our customer care team to process your exchange. Once your exchange has been processed, we will invoice you the return shipping cost to be paid before the item is dispatched. We offer one exchange per order. We will not refund any postage cost if you returned the product to us.

 

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. 

 

REFUNDS:

We do not offer Refunds on orders unless deemed faulty.

 

Depending on your payment method the funds may take 3-5 business days to clear back into your account.

 

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

 

 

LAY BY:

We currently do not order Lay-by services such as AfterPay, Klarna or ZIP

All Door sales are final. No refunds are given.

 

CAN’T MAKE THE SHOW?:

If you have purchased a ticket from OZTIX for any show at ELEVEN but are unable to attend you can resell your ticket safely and securely through the OZTIX RESALE site TIXEL.

We allow PASSOUTS as long you have a valid ticket
